These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to the online store accessible at this address nuagelausanne.ch.

Preamble

All orders placed with nuagelausanne.ch imply acceptance by the customer of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in their current version. NuageLausanne reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time.

Contract conclusion

The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order on the nuagelausanne.ch online store. Once an online order has been received, an order confirmation will be sent to the customer’s e-mail address. It informs the customer that the order placed has been received by NuageLausanne and that the contract thus comes into effect, subject to delivery being possible.

Price

All prices are in CHF and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, to make printing errors or mistakes.

Shipping

As soon as we receive your order, each item is packed as quickly as possible and sent by parcel post. Voucher orders are sent by letter. They are usually sent by Swiss Post. Delivery time is usually 3 working days for Switzerland.

Returns management

Returns and exchanges are possible within 15 days of receipt of ordered items. Only items that are unused, clean, in perfect condition, labelled and in their original packaging may be returned or exchanged. No refunds will be made. In the event that an exchange is not possible (unavailable item or customer’s choice), a one-year credit note will be issued to the customer. Shipping costs for returned goods are at the customer’s expense.

Data protection / Data backup

The customer’s personal information is saved in order to complete the request and order. All information is treated confidentially. Data is used for marketing and analysis purposes, to create customer profiles or to prepare mailings. No personal data is passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary for the direct or indirect delivery or payment of products. Data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the Swiss Data Protection Act.

In the event of a dispute, Swiss law shall be exclusively applicable. Zurich is the place of jurisdiction.
